The master's degree programme takes an inter- and transdisciplinary approach and project-oriented education should stimulate interaction between model and theory construction and the application of methods in the arts and sciences. The central element of the master's programme is the investigation of social and political processes and the development of artistic and scientific positions, methods, media and organisations. Students will develop creative capabilities in the development and application of visualisation and representation strategies and they will be able to carry out scientific and artistic research and development processes. The programme is taught in English. Graduates will be able to work in scientific research laboratories at universities, non-university research institutions, studios, or independent artistic activity. The medium of instruction is English.
