The master’s degree programme in Mechatronics – Smart Technologies provides the necessary methodological skills in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer sciences and smart technologies that will enable graduates to take on top management positions in international companies in the automotive industry, in special machine construction and in semiconductor technology. Future-oriented topics such as image processing, drive technology, power electronics, automation, simulation, robotics take centre stage. The latest innovations in these areas are further deepened in the elective modules of electronics and mechanical engineering. Besides the latest technical know-how the prospective engineers will also acquire essential skills in management and leadership, entrepreneurship and founding start-ups. To guarantee the practical relevance of the programme numerous laboratories, projects and technical case studies will take place in addition to the lectures. These enable the students to put the acquired theoretical knowledge into practice.
Um Absolventen bestmöglich auf ein internationale Arbeitsumfeld vorbereiten zu können, wird das Studium gänzlich in englischer Sprache durchgeführt.
