This degree programme imparts both technological knowledge and medical expertise. Students will develop a fundamental understanding of physical-chemical correlations and acquire comprehensive knowledge of computer sciences and electronics. In the first three semesters fundamentals in natural sciences, medicine and biomedical technology will be taught. In the 4th semester the students will choose one of four specialisations: Medical Imaging, Medical & Hospital Engineering, Rehabilitation Engineering, Cell & Tissue Engineering.
