Definition of the field of studies

The core competence of the degree study programme is the deepening of the fundamental understanding of the technical and organisational requirements within the information and communication technologies in the healthcare sector.

Exams

Apart from the subjects which are specific for each of the specialisations topics such as medical informatics, medical engineering and medical imaging and pattern recognition are focus areas in the degree programme. In the last semester of the programme students have to write a master’s thesis.
