“Value through Design” at the New Design University is a doctoral program for those who want to build a bridge between design and science. The starting point for the researchers here is the investigation of the role of design as part of social, political, cultural, economic and ecological valorization. Through an intensive dialog between design practice and academic reflection, the doctoral program aims to equip doctoral students with the skills to make the economic, ecological, social and cultural dimensions of design productive for their research.
