Definition of the field of studies

The master’s programme focuses on the design of media content as well as communication and interaction processes.

The whole education is complemented by project assignments which are provided for in the curriculum. The intensive “real world projects” in the form of cooperations with the Creative Industries but also with cultural institutions such as festivals, media centres, etc. enable students an intensive collaboration with renowned organisations and companies already during their studies. In the course of their studies students thus have the opportunity to establish contacts with potential clients and employers. Towards the end of the degree programme students have to write a thesis in the framework of a special seminar. This thesis concludes the degree programme and serves to prove the student’s capability to work academically.
