Content and focus of the degree programme:

The purpose of the joint master’s programme "Joint International Master’s Program in Petroleum Engineering" is to provide scientific professional education and training and qualifications for international professional activities in the field of petroleum engineering. Moreover, the programme serves to deepen and complement the students’ scientific education gained in the preceding bachelor's programme or another predominantly technically oriented bachelor’s programme or another subject-related programme of at least the same level at a recognised Austrian or foreign post-secondary educational institution. The study programme also serves to bring new scientific knowledge and methods into the world of work.
