The new study plan includes more flexibility and a focus on the latest technologies, technically broad know-how for classic medical products such as computer tomographs and pacemakers as well as for new fields of technology in personalized medicine - the Medical Device Technology degree program offers students all of this. Bionic prostheses, bioprinting, assistive robot technologies, thought control and artificial intelligence are dynamic fields of technology that are helping medicine to treat people more and more efficiently. Students learn state-of-the-art technologies for the design and manufacture of this latest generation of medical products and can apply them directly in practice.
