The joint master's degree programme Applied Technologies for Medical Diagnostics covers a new professional field at the interface of technology and natural sciences as well as technology-oriented healthcare professions. It closes the gap between development engineering and the application of medical products. The degree programme provides sound technical knowledge for medical diagnostics, which is required for project planning and product management in the legally regulated environment of medical products. The technical focus is on new detection methods and those innovative products that will be characterised in future by the innovation dimensions of digitalisation, new materials and biosignal evaluation.
