Master’s programme ESS – Climate Change and Environmental Technology (E)

Content and focus of the degree programme:

Graduates of the master’s programme in ESS / CCET will have sound knowledge in the subject areas of climate, characteristics and consequences of climate change, geoscientific processes and possibilities and framework conditions of sustainable environmental technology as well as connections to the latest findings and scientific and technological possibilities for action. With training in physical and chemical analytics as well as basic knowledge in programming algorithms they will gain an overview of the application profile and expected changes in modern environmental technology – the prerequisite for innovative research-oriented activities based on critical evaluation of problem situations at the interface between technological possibilities and social concerns.
