Graduates of the master’s programme European Master in Health and Physical Activity at the University of Vienna will be able to work on problems and implement solutions within the framework of basic and/or applied research in a scientifically informed manner, either independently or in teamwork. Moreover, the graduates will be able to plan, organise, coordinate and carry out training units both within the framework of leisure activities, for stress management, preventive healthcare, psychosocial integration, management of injuries and disability or rehabilitation. Due to the international orientation of the master’s programme the graduates will be particularly able to implement the acquired knowledge in a European or international environment.
Student mobility is a key component of the Master’s programme. For this reason, the Master’s programme is run in collaboration with international partner universities, in particular the University of Rome “Foro Italico”.
