Master’s programme Business and Law

Content and focus of the degree programme:

Graduates of the master’s degree programme in Business and Law will be able to critically assess and analyse current legal and economic issues. Thanks to the professional, personal and social skills that they have acquired graduates will be qualified for top positions in the private and public sectors. Depending on the chosen specialisation, the professional fields range from the banking and financial services sector, accountancy firms, management consultancies and financial administration to public administration, public companies and non-profit organisations. Moreover, the master's degree programme in Business and Law prepares the students for further studies in a doctoral programme in social and economic sciences or – if the students have written their master's thesis (§ 13) in a law subject – a doctoral programme in law.
