Content and focus of the degree programme:

The following fields of study are offered in the degree programme "Global Strategic Management": Global Green and Social Business, Global Leadership and HR Management, Global Strategic Decision-Making and Global AI-powered Business Evolution. Global Green and Social Business provides students with an advanced understanding of business essentials as well as state-of-the-art knowledge of economic, environmental and social sustainability. Global Leadership and HR Management focuses on human resources management, negotiation, and strategic management. Global Strategic Decision-Making is a course that focuses on strategic decision-making and business intelligence, among other topics.
