The bachelor's degree programme in Human Resources Management (HRM) offers a scientifically sound education with practical relevance. The focus of the programme is on: human resources management, labour law, recruiting and job posting, business administration, and social skills. Within the framework of the degree programme the students can also obtain a trainer certificate “Trainer in corporate adult education” (by completing certain modules).
