Content and focus of the degree programme:

The extra-occupational master's programme in Business Psychology & Management trains students to become ambitious and reflective leaders in management. The students will develop essential skills in business psychology, management and organisational behaviour as well as the necessary skills to combine these in an interdisciplinary way to meet current management requirements.
