Content and focus of the degree programme:

The Business Psychology & Management program offers a comprehensive education in the fundamentals of economics and psychology with a strong practical focus. Students gain in-depth knowledge of behavioral patterns in business contexts, particularly in the areas of consumer behavior, market research, neuromarketing, and industrial and organizational psychology. At the same time, core business skills such as management, marketing and finance are taught. Special emphasis is placed on developing social skills such as conflict management and mediation.
