The specialisation in "Inclusive Education / Focus on Disability" consolidates what the students have learned in the bachelor's programme in inclusive education. The focus is on a theory-guided, reflected and research-based ability to act in the case of learning impairments and developmental impairments of pupils. To be able to plan, implement and evaluate (special needs-related) educational counselling, education and support services at inclusive schools, integration classes and special needs classes in an evidence-based manner the master’s programme offers three focal areas in addition to the specialised contents of inclusive education: social and emotional development, language development and communication skills, and learning and cognitive development.
