Embedded systems provide the intelligence and performance in almost all modern devices. Their development requires a broad range of IT skills – namely expertise in hardware and software, including sensors and networking with the environment. The Master's degree program Embedded Systems Design teaches precisely this know-how. After completing this course, you will be able to realize precisely those intelligent and networked products ("smart systems") that are involved in developments such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart homes or digital production. Such high-tech innovations require professionally developed embedded systems consisting of modern electronic and software components, integrated sensors and digital communication technology for data exchange in the network.
