The focus of the enhanced degree programme is on the analysis, conceptual design and implementation of Internet of Things systems. Networking of everyday objects, buildings, industrial plants and even cities is steadily advancing and becoming increasingly important. This networking is summarised under the term of Internet of Things (IoT). Efficient integration is of central importance to ensure safe and reliable overall systems. This degree programme combines system development and communication technologies and thus represents a modern education for developers in this future market. Possible activities after graduation are, for example: IoT system architect or IoT software developer.
